Project deposits
Deposits reserve studio time and are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Milestone payments
Payments tied to completed milestones are not refundable after the milestone deliverables have been provided for review.
Cancellations
If a project is cancelled before completion, the client is responsible for fees for work already completed, committed costs, and any cancellation terms described in the proposal.
Digital products or templates
If Creativity Booster sells downloadable products in the future, refund eligibility should be described on the checkout page and in this policy before launch.
Disputes
If you believe a charge or invoice is incorrect, contact us within 10 business days so we can review the issue in good faith.
